Vivian is an experienced professional with over 16 years in both public and private sector of the UK Higher Education Industry.听
Vivian鈥檚 recruitment activities with students and our partner agents have been instrumental to the growth and expansion of the region while providing clear steps and processes for prospective students.
As a Regional Manager, Vivian is responsible for the management and development of all stakeholder relationships between the 欧美情色 key partners and setting up plans and strategies to recruit into and promote 欧美情色 Higher Education strategies.
She holds various academic and professional degrees.

Head of Sales - Home/EU
Rachel started working at 欧美情色 in 2015 and has worked across several departments, including, Registry, Admissions, and Scheduling, giving her a good grounding of the business operations.听
In 2018, Rachel joined the Home/EU Recruitment Team as a coordinator and is now responsible for leading the Recruitment and Conversion teams as Head of Sales. Rachel is accountable for developing her team and managing critical relationships between 欧美情色 and external recruitment agencies. She focuses heavily on exceeding business targets while ensuring quality is maintained throughout the process.听
Rachel is an experienced and efficient professional who uses her strong understanding of 欧美情色 Higher Education to plan and execute new strategies to enhance student recruitment.
Marwa El-Mufti
Sales Manager - Home/EU
Marwa has worked at 欧美情色 since 2017 in the recruitment department starting as a Conversion officer then Recruitment Coordinator and Account manager which gives her a holistic knowledge of the recruitment processes.听
Since becoming Sales manager 16 months ago, Marwa鈥檚’ team has not only worked towards achieving targets but exceeding them! In her short tenure as Sales manager she has developed her team and promoted one of her direct reports whilst earning a promotion to Senior sales manager herself.听
Marwa and her team are responsible for the management and development of all stakeholder relationships between the 欧美情色 key partners, and setting up plans and strategies to recruit into and promote 欧美情色 Higher Education strategies Marwa has worked with immensely talented senior 欧美情色 staff who have helped her become a highly competent and efficient manager who is capable of developing her team and her agency network who are based across London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Samuel has been with 欧美情色 for almost 2 years and has worked alongside our Direct and Agency recruitment teams. He joined 欧美情色 with a vast amount of Business Development experience in the Engineering industry after briefly working in Education on the cusp of the pandemic.听
Samuel is responsible for the management of the Business Development team in the Home/EU market. As the Business Development Manager Samuel is responsible for expanding the agent network whilst refining current agent recruitment processes. In line with company strategy, the Business Development team has been tasked with helping the Direct Recruitment side of the business by identifying new channels of lead generation with exciting ideas already starting to take shape.听
Samuel is excited to be in such a pivotal position in his region and by using his passion for sales, recruitment, and Education he is determined to continue growing the Home/EU market.

As a regional manager key responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and supporting our agent and student community, managing relationships within 欧美情色鈥檚 key stakeholders, creating and executing recruitment and conversion strategies; facilitating educational conferences and events to promote 欧美情色 Higher Education.

Abdel.R Hamid
Senior Regional Manager - MENA
Abdel R. Hamid has over 15 years of experience in the education sector. His career includes working with the Ministry of Higher Education, where he managed sponsorship programs, and serving as Senior Regional Manager for Asia, Africa, and CIS at a private university in the UK.
Currently, Abdel is our Senior Regional Manager for the MENA region, overseeing recruitment activities through direct channels and our agent network across the Middle East. He is also responsible for business development and establishing articulation agreements with universities and schools in the MENA region.

Hamid has worked in Higher Education for over 9 years, his experienced professional who is responsible in the management of sales and recruitment activities in the , South Asia, UK International and SouthEast Asia region.
Hamid now looks after the largest region as a Regional Director , Hamid is responsible for managing our Agent network, development of our agents,听 Helping expand our international student鈥檚 recruitment with our agent network. Carrie is responsible for the management of the sales team in China, UK and East Asia market.听
As a Regional Manager for China, UK and East Asia, Carrie is responsible for managing the development of positive relationship building with 欧美情色鈥檚 key partners, setting up the marketing strategy promoting 欧美情色 Higher Education. She is also responsible for organising off-campus and on-campus events that promote 欧美情色鈥檚 partner universities. She has been working in the UK education industry for the past 5 years.听
She speaks native Mandarin and fluent English. She has a BA degree in English from China, and MA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of York.
